Dana Smith
Owner of Stoneworks
Dana has been in the construction business for over 25 years, he began as a brick mason at the age of 15. Helping to build Hattiesburg’s most popular structures such as the University of Southern Mississippi’s Payne Center.
He then opened his first business, Dana Smith Homes, in 1994. Dana graduated from the University of Southern Mississippi in 2002. After graduation
Dana worked for various companies all related to the construction industry.
In 2006 he began working with granite, and opened Stoneworks in 2009. Through his experience he has gained a vast knowledge of not only home-building but also cabinetry, brick masonry, granite and more.
